BIOMARKETS proposes to develop a New Collaborative Network Model of bioproducts and to create an "innovation" environment (Infrastructure and scientific-technical equipment) for the research of new itineraries in value chains of endogenous bioproducts (mainly mushrooms, truffles, medicinal plants of different origins, bio-products and waste from the organic fraction of regional waste and medicinal plants). The project contemplates the BioMarket_MeetingPoint to realize several transfer actions and to connect value chains with BioLab Operations PYRENEES and Endogenous Resources Observatory, where BioMarkets will generate an impact to other mountain territories.
